第三方收费

Qualified third-party billing arrangements will protect your enrollment on the payment deadline.

The Bursar's office must receive the appropriate authorization before the payment deadline. It is your responsibility to ensure any authorization forms are received on time.

Please note that not all third parties are eligible for financial aid refunds.

  • If your funding is not guaranteed, your charges will be covered by your financial aid. Once your third-party funding is received, any remaining financial aid will be refunded to you.
  • If your third-party requires aid to be used, your financial aid will be utilized, prior to any third-party billing.

2024年春季

A new authorization is required each semester. A third-party authorization needs to include the following:

  • 学生的名字

  • Email and contact info of who will be receiving the invoice

  • Term or dates they are covering

After authorization is received, a hold will be placed on the student's account which allows third-party billing to take responsibility for the account. This hold will prevent any unpaid balance holds before billing has occurred; however, it will not prevent you from registering for future semesters. The semester balance will remain on the student's account until the billing process takes place. Billing for third-party will take place before the following semester dates:

  • 秋季- 10月15日
  • 春季-四月一日
  • 夏季- 7月1日

If you have a third-party sponsor who has agreed to pay for your books, using third-party book vouchers is a convenient option. Authorized book vouchers will be available in the 赌钱app可以微信提现书店 (located on the first floor of the Student Center) according to the dates below.

2024年春季 Authorized Book Voucher Availability

  • If an authorization is received by Thursday, 1月4日, 2024, your book voucher will be available after 10 a.m. Friday, January 5, 2024, unless restricted by 金融援助.
  • If an authorization is received after Thursday, 1月4日, 2024, your book voucher will be available in the 赌钱app可以微信提现书店 after 10 a.m. on the next business day, unless restricted by 金融援助.
  • If you are required to use financial aid funds first, Third-Party will not have a book voucher available until financial aid funds have been exhausted.

The last day to use 2024年春季 book vouchers is Sunday, January 28, 2024. All books and/or supplies must be purchased by this date, including books for late-start classes.
Agencies or organizations that require a course to be completed before they authorize payment are tuition reimbursement programs. 赌钱app可以微信提现 cannot defer tuition payments for students who receive reimbursement directly from an employer or other party. Students who participate in those programs will need to make payment arrangements according to the financial responsibility statement.
